Pork Kabobs

Kept it simple, that seems to be a theme with me. Cubed up a tenderloin and dropped in a marinade of italian dressing and sweet chili sauce dusted with raging river. On to the firewire with bell pepper, onion ans cherry tomatoes sprinkled with EVOO and raging river.

direct at 400° these don't take long to hit 140

Brisket in the nest egg (thats for my niece)

so the pork is in the neglected large in the table

flavors came together nice

Served over rice with a little extra chili sauce made for a nice easy meal

    Looks amazing to me Pat nice job, unfortunately going through a wind/rain period here so cooks have been few and far between.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Nice looking meal Pat. :P I guess you like you extended patio. Like you I have a large in a table and a large in a nest. I tend to sear in the nest egg and smoke in the table egg. The thing is my table egg is all gunked up. :ohmy:

    Tired of Beef? Nice looking meal. The chili sauce is great on many things and cheep to buy.
