Working a second job, so not getting to the Egg as much as I NEED
It was great to get home and have a cold beer and the torch waiting, everything else was ready to go on. I just had to cook it
On the menu, pork tenderloin stuffed with goat cheese, green beans and red taters

Shane, So sorry to hear about your egging withdrawl......but it looks as if you've found the cure. That is one tasty meal! :)
  • Nice cook, Shane. Sorry you haven't gotten to egg much lately. It would be fun to just come home and start egging without having to do the prep. Chives look good.
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 6 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

Yummy! Did the pork tenderloin come stuffed with the cheese or is that something you added? How does one stuff a tenderloin? Do they come apart or???? I've never really looked at one all that carefully.

Another nice cook Shane. Sorry they are so far apart. That to shall pass. ;)
