Hello all....I am the proud owner for 2 weeks now of a large BGE...I can't believe how addicting and easy this thing is to cook on!! So far, I have done an amazing butt, pizza, steaks, beer can chicken and the best Jalapeno Poppers I have ever made.

I would like to reach out to you all for a rib recipe and technique. I would be very appreciative if anyone could share with me your technique or maybe point me in the direction of one that you have tried and liked. I'm cooking for the wife and our Mom's on Sunday and would love to treat them to some good tastin' Ribs. Thanks in advance!

Do a search on "Car Wash Mike's ribs" as that seems to work out well for most everyone who has tried it. I haven't done ribs on my Egg yet, so cannot attest to a method for you to try. Good Luck. Jer

Welcome and congrats! The egg and the fine folks here also have been helping me to become a better cook.

If you're looking for tips and techniques, try searching for "ribs". Also check out the Cookbook up top to the left and you might find a nice recipe or three.
