Just to follow up on my "mess" over easter for those that read.
Cooked the lamb today for my daughters. Veggies, mint sauce and gravy (made from the stock of the Easter kid). Mint everywhere. Great! Just forgot to make the yorkshire pudding, last time I made it, I forgot to turn on the oven
My daughter did ABTs today, this time only with strong gorgonzola cheese. Real good!
And even lit the egg in 10 mins. Sun shone. Things must be getting better.
