    I have no idea. I asked about you and your bus. I was told that logistics prevented the bus from being there. I assumed..yea, I know..that you weren't there either! :blush: Or maybe it was Dans apple pie . :whistle:

    lol, I ran a 5K Saturday morning and got to the fest about noon. I hadn't even spoken a word when I walked up and was met with Dan's evil goodness...gonna have to make some of that!

    Just to prove I was there, I was the second half of team Iron Chef! Maybe I'll see you down in God's country for the next event.

    I'm in Dan's good graces...found his "forgotten" adjustable rig as we were cleaning up the tables and chairs. Think he had some of his own moonshine! I plan on milking that as long as I can! lol

    OK, let me see if I can remember what I do :ermm:

    I try to use pre-baked spuds, but have done it with uncooked julienned ones.
    Basicly want a layer of diced spuds.
    Small amount of diced onions.
    Sprinkle of Penzeys Old World Seasoning, or Lowrys
    Layer of grated cheese
    Repeat
    Fill most of the way with cream.
    Sprinkle of black pepper

    Bake until cheese gets brown

    Have made a bigger batch in small CI pan

    Got the idea from a forum members post about a month ago, credit goes to him/her. Sorry I can not give proper credit :(
