Started with turkey dogs (trying to be health conscious when we can).
Sprayed french bread slices with ooo and grilled.
Put them together and added cheese, but not too much (so much for health conscious)!

Yummy! I know they were delicious....

Looks good but I don't think I've ever had a turkey dog.

My wife will think the world you you;but leave the turkey dogs at home when you come to Salado
The bread, cheese and chips sure look good :laugh:Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers. -
You won't believe how good they are...have a little smoked flavor even before grilling. The best brand is Ballpark Smoked White Turkey Franks.
If you try and like them, ping me back and let me know! -
Don't worry Mickey. The italian fattie loaded with mozz will counter any calories saved by a turkey hotdog!

The hotdogs are fat free! In the winter we add turkey chili on top and yummo!

Tammie:
The pictures are eat-able! Looks delish.
I have nothing against turkeys, but ever since the TV clip a few years ago of an interview with Sarah Palin, with a guy in the background dumping turkeys in some kind of machine, I can't bring myself to to buy anything with "ground" and "turkey" on the label.
I'm gonna pretend those are just run-of-the-mill hot dogs and say "YUM"!Judy in San Diego
