Kim....I know you have been to a lot of Bobby's egg classes..I saw last week he was scheduled to do a rib class...did he do the high temp ribs..or did you maybe not make this class..

Wess, I have been to some of the academy classes that focused on BBQ and I don't remember Bobby teaching the high temp cooks like some use. If I recall correctly, everything was in the 275* range.

Bobby has told me the high temp method and I always wish I would have written it down..but never did...so thats one of the reasons I was asking.
