A couple of months ago there was a recipe posted that caught my attention. It was a bake of some sort, similar to a quiche recipe where the ingredients were put in a casserole dish then eggs and cheese topped it off.
I can't recall the precise ingredients because when I looked at it I recall thinking that is was a nice basic recipe but I'd be fooling around with the inclusions.
It appears I didn't save it to a bookmark - or if I did it's lost in the ether.
Anyone know which one I'm thinking of?

Nope - none of those. They are more a baked egg recipe - instead this one was like the filling from quiche but without the crust (I think) - it might even have been kind of a southwestern baked dish - I'm really not explaining it well! -
