And I'm debating over whether my first Eggin' all niter should be with a brisket or a pork butt. I'll decide tomorrow and get it for the weekend. Trying to remember all the wisdom in the forums on these two cuts........but I'm excited to try my hand at it!! The 732 is a nice machine..... might even get some sleep using it.

Got mine last week but not used it yet.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I can't wait to give it a try, Mickey. You gonna give a run this weekend?
