It looks great Brian...how did it taste?
-
Kim, I didn't taste any of this batch beacuse I make it almost every week for my daughter and I've tasted it before. It's pretty good. A lot better than some of the bought gluten free loafs we've tried. One loaf was for my daughter and the other loaf was for another friend that that recently found out that she has Celiacs disease.

I too make a loaf every week for my kid. We've recently switched to King Arther and so far it has been the best for us. http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/gluten-free-bread-mix
Also, I've learned that you can smooth the top with a clean wet spatula (well sort of  ) if you want to try to get rid of some of the lumpiness.
Anyway, I don't have any pictures, but we've been really happy with the King Arthur bread mix and flour mix. Plus we found Bisquik GF pancake mix and it actually make good pancakes.
