These are very tasty.
Half peppers and seed.
saute peppers and onion a few pc of homemade bacon chopped (not crispy) and I also chopped a mushroom. Mix with cheddar , cream cheese, bread crumbs.
Top with pc of cold smoked bacon. Put in foil pan, I stabbed lots of lil knife holes in the bottom and put on the 3 green feet so peppers dont burn on the bottom.
Egg at 250 few pc of cherry wood for 2 hours.
