Got a DigiQ II

So I got a DigiQ II for christmas and finally meet up with my dad to get it. He got the case and gloves as well with some sort of package. Got the 10 cfm fan and in green of course.
I used it last night to make some beef jerky, I used a might hi mountain mix, this is the 3rd attempt but still not perfect. Doing this I found out my dome thermometer is off about 25 degrees, confirmed with a boling water test.

I don't see the stand. Where did you get the case? I like that idea. Is it an old handgun case or something you purchased?

The stand is on back order, they said they would ship it asap. But the case is the one from the website It was on sale with the leather gloves. Just used it again just to cook pork chops, they came out perfect.
