Roasted Some Jalepenos

I went to a Mexican market yesterday to pick up some stuff and found Jalepenos on sale for .69 a pound. Picked up a "few".
These 24 are for ABT's later on.

Roasted these for additions thoughout the year.

Nice Dave. How long are you able to keep the ones you roasted for "additions" and how do you store them?

Thanks Chris.

We put them into bags and freeze. They taste just about the same as freshly roasted. Same roasted flavor and just as hot. They have to be roasted to freeze though. Tried to freeze fresh and those were a disaster.

Thanks Beli. They are quite good this way and we add them to all kinds of stuff.
