since i am already cured i don't need this :laugh:

seriously i have 2 unopened hi mountain jerky cure and seasoning kits each good for 15 lbs of meat. 1 each of mandarin teriyaki and original blend

they are house broken and good with children and free to a good home

    Checked the mail today, and boy was I surprised! I am never the first one to jump on opportunities like this. As a relative newbie to this forum, I didn't understand what the whole "elfster" thing was when it came up, and when I started seeing all the great things that people were getting for each other, I was very envious and jealous and really kicked myself that I was not part of such a great idea. Well, today I feel like I had my own elfster. Thanks, Bill. I have never made jerky before, but the wife and I are very excited about it. I am really floored by the niceness and good will towards total strangers that exists on this forum.

  • Hi bill,

    I saw in an old post of yours on mussels with what looks like a mesh pizza pan with fairly large holes in it. I was wondering where you got it? It is exactly the type of pan I would like to use to try to make pizaa with a extra crispy thin crust.
