No too Cold

Cold in South Mississippi but not too cold for Trex'n a steak!


  • 20 degree's and snowing here. Did 8 pizza's, with all the back and forth involved. Egging is fun!

    As much as I love a good steak - it's too danged cold here in Mobile. Weatherman just now forecasting low of 20! Leftovers for us tonight - leftover beef tenderloin that we egged for dinner yesterday.. :laugh:
  • Thinking about trying a pork tenderloin about the middle of the week over in Ocean Springs. Big Sis bought me some nice tools including a meat fork with a built in digital meat thermometer. She also custom embroidered an apron.

    Nice! We are having pork tenderloin for New Years Day dinner, along with black-eyed peas and cornbread.

    I had blackeyed peas,mustard greens,cornbread and leftover Xmas ham for supper tonight! :woohoo: :)
