Me and a buddy brought home a few wood ducks this Sunday so once we got them cleaned I threw them in some milk until this morning. We decided to make some duck poppers and grill some chicken wings to go with! I set the grill at 350 direct (I normally do wings indirect). The duck breasts were marinated for a few hours before cooking.
apple cider vinegar
salt & pepper
chicken wings were marinated overnight in buffalo ranch sauce (Moore's).
wings and poppers went on @ 350 for 20 minutes flipping at 10 minutes.
I like my bacon a little crispy (some got a little too crispy haha).
We had a great weekend, I'll be getting this one mounted!
