    Big fan of grillgrates for fatty foods like burgers. Prevents flare-ups and sooty smoke. I haven't used them smooth side up though. Have to give that a try.

    Got my 5 bags of Rockwood from Firecraft today. The bag that shipped alone survived fairly well but the four in the large box, not so much. Still looking forward to trying it out though.
