Taco cornbread
Left over taco meat, a little cheese, cornbread, cast iron pan, medium BGE, 400 indirect 20 minutes later. Was very good. Note next time more taco meat and invert ci pan over plate easier to serve. W…1 · -
Smoked salmon
Brined last night, air dried, smoked for 2 hours @ 220 with pecan and apple. Gets better when it's cold. Great for salads, dips etc1 · -
