UCFFAN....Checking in with my first post. XLBGE since October and I'm having a blast learning low and slow techniques, and doing Butts, Turkeys, Loins, Pizza, Awesome Steaks and treating the family. My outdoor gas galley has been basically shut down since the BGE has arrived. This all started when I bought my son an LBGE for his birthday in May. The more I read the more I was convinced I had to have a BGE.....kinda like going from Chev to BMW. Look forward to learn lots more on this forum! Happy 2014 & Smoke um UP Go Knights!
