Well, last night I put two Boston butts on the BGE. I set my temp 225. Cooked it 19hrs and my fire burnt out. The meat temp was 172. I was trying to get it to 200. It turned out great. How long does it take to get the meat temp. to 200? Is there a shorter way to get good tender pulled pork? Got the BGE for Christmas.
