    I use a method I found on here, turbo ribs. Indirect, 350 for 2 hours. Fool proof, obviously.....

    For all you guys asking about cold weather egging, my wife wanted a steak last night so I braved the elements and did my husbandly duties.... We went to the best steak restaurant in town for New Years Eve & she was dissapointed, said she can get better at the house!!!  I love my wife & love my Egg.  Sorry for the crappy pic, my phone must have been frozen from being outside....
