  • Re: Ideas for cutting a hole in a wooden table

I personally used a router with a spiral up-cut bit with a custom circle cutting jig.  The up-cut bit was great because I did not need to clear the chips out when making the cut.  I used the same setup for the rounded ends on my table as well.
  • Tuesday Night Dinner - Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast

Nothing too crazy but wanted to give bacon wrapped, stuffed chicken breasts a try on the egg.  Took some boneless chicken breasts and pounded them thin before stuffing with cheddar and peppers fresh from my garden.  Wrapped the chicken breasts in pepper bacon and tossed them on the egg for 30 minutes at 450 indirect.  Made some purple potato "steak" fries tossed in fresh thyme and rosemary along with some other seasoning to go with this.  Turned out as I expected!
  • Re: Thermapen - Worth It?

I use mine all the time.  I give them to people as gifts as well and they always ask me "why didn't I get one of these sooner".
