Nothing too crazy but wanted to give bacon wrapped, stuffed chicken breasts a try on the egg. Took some boneless chicken breasts and pounded them thin before stuffing with cheddar and peppers fresh from my garden. Wrapped the chicken breasts in pepper bacon and tossed them on the egg for 30 minutes at 450 indirect. Made some purple potato "steak" fries tossed in fresh thyme and rosemary along with some other seasoning to go with this. Turned out as I expected!
