@StillH2OEgger, it's not too difficult to balance, you just need to keep it in mind. That was a 14.5# bird, and I got it balanced on the first try. I did, however, truss it good before spitting it.1 · -

@MaC122, I probably use mine on about half my cooks, if not more. I'd suggest a basket to go along with it so you can cook a wider variety of foods. I may slow down once the novelty wears off. I know…1 · -
