    If the screen on the bottom damper is closed i don't see why putting it in the garage would be a problem. My egg is on the back deck and I've cooked butts on it while I was at work.

    Nothing like waking to a egg that is chugging along nicely. Same temp as when I started 10 hrs ago. Added a couple pics of last weeks ribs ( because we all like pics).

    @nphusker I was mostly being lazy. I didn't really have time to get my ci pan. Also, I didn't really notice it getting muck ash on it. The wife didn't notice any either or she would have let me know.

    Gotta love the egg. I put ribs on around 10am. Went out in the woods for a nice hike and the ribs were just about done. Can't wait for summer.
