  • My new table

After two years and enjoying all of the great tables made, I finally made a table for my egg.  I made it out of cedar and used tongue oil in the following mixture.  3 parts mineral spirits, 2 parts tongue oil and 1 part polyurethane.  I used a Kreg Jig for most of the construction. Once that dried I put on 3 coats of spar urethane.  Today I will be placing my stone under the feet for an additional heat shield.  I still need to add a bottle opener and hook up the electricity and a couple of other items.  This will be much better than it sitting on my deck.  did this with my father so it was a good time.  Happy egging to all.imageimageimage
