    Hap, how did you like using the Stufz? Went to Amazon and it was getting hammered with negative reviews. Interested to see your opinion.
    I had a few choice words... Didn't quite operate as indicated in the instructions. Overall I'd give it maybe a 3/5 stars. Crappy, but probably better than I could do freehand.

    Firing up the egg shortly to do dinner...

    Roasting some butternut squash with Pineapple Head and some Brussels sprouts, then doing a couple of NY Strips :)

  • Beef Flat Ribs???

    I picked up some beef flat ribs the other day and was thinking of doing them tomorrow afternoon for the Tigers game later.

    Would doing them like pork ribs be the way to go? Thinking of rubbing them with just sea salt, black pepper, and some garlic salt and using oak for smoke. Indirect at between 225-250 grate temp

    Any one have any suggestions?
