  • Sunday Gamble - Caveman Included

Well, we are all dug out, the deck and egg are cleared off and it's a beautiful sunny day in the high 30's... almost time for shorts :)

Gravy delivered to both sets of rents and now on today's egging experiment

I am going to grill some asparagus first... And then caveman for a few minutes a side some NY strips, they then are going into the oven to finish with some gravy and cheese. A NY strip parm if you will...

    What can possibly go wrong?

There will be at least one stick as well as some cocktails today

    Enjoy your Sunday everyone!

I don't like the upload process from the phone either Hap. Is that what you're referring to?  It seems all jumbled up.
Yep... No where near as smooth as before. They need to make it more mobile friendly

Perfect egging weather... Get that table cleared off and fire her up

  • Re: Philly cheese steak

While that looks like a damn good sandwich, a cheesesteak even... It isn't a Philly cheesesteak. A traditional Philly cheesesteak would not have bell peppers of any color, no chipotle sauce, and no Swiss. It's either steak, or steak with fried onions, and possibly mushrooms. The cheese is either, American, provolone, or cheese Whiz...

Don't think for one second I wouldn't however kill that sandwich :)

  • Re: Cleaning Accessories - baskets and drip pans

I just the fire and heat from the next cook to "clean" them a bit before the newer food goes on... Figure all that gunk is just good seasoning
