Get ready to turn up the heat as we dive into August. While there are only a few weeks left to perfect those tailgate recipes, summer isn’t over yet! Two things we’ll be making this month are Chile Rubbed Grilled Pork Chops and Bell Pepper Kabobs. Then, relax after a cookout with a cool dessert cooked on your EGG - Ice Cream Sandwiches! You can mix and match your favorite cookie flavors with ice cream flavors. Simple, yet delicious!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

If you know the guy well, and he's the original owner, ask him to get a warranty replacement for the fire ring as well.

I've got the woo setup for both of mine great product but not what I'm having an issue with. I can't seem to get over 400-425ish to sear and can't hold 250ish either.  I've even had the fire go out several times.  Not sure it's for me but I don't want to believe it can hear me either.
If it does end up in a river, could you kindly forward me those GPS coordinates? Thanks!!  In all seriousness, I hope you figure it out. This guy has become my daily driver.

Made backs this exact way yesterday.  Such a fan of Turbo ribs.  Can't believe ribs can be a regular weeknight dinner with Turbo.

Never seen rolled ribs!  That is a great space saver. Idea will make the wife happy since I can put off buying an AR a little longer!  Thinking good Christmas present!
I've wondered if it could be done, googled, and got the thumbs up from @DMW and @SGH  a couple of solid chaps to listen to.
