    I freeze my left over pulled pork in a food saver bag with just a little bit of a vineager based sauce. I reheat in the food saver bag in hot water.

    Either can work depending on your set up. I go legs up and then set the grid on the platesetter and the stone on the grid.

    Made a batch last night. Used it to make tacis with a little pickked onion and some mexican crumbly cheese. It was pretty awesome.
