Last night was meatloaf on the Egg.
Combination of ground beef, ground chicken and Italian sausage for the meat.
Added onions, Ritz crackers, eggs, ketchup, salt, pepper & Dizzy Pig steak seasoning.
On the egg indirect for about 1.5 hours @ 350-375
Added white oak for some additional smoke flavor.
Finished with a layer of Rufus Teague
Turned out fantastic with enough left for sandwiches tomorrow.................
