Have had an egg for about a year but been a lurker. I have done butts in the past using the low and slow method. I have been reading about the turbo method so I thought I would give it a try this time. 8 lb bone in butt, dome at 350, no foil, 6 hour cook.to 195. It was outstanding. Sorry I forgot to take a picture so I know, "it didn't happen". Trust me it happened and it was gone in minutes at my SB party. From now on the only way to go!
