My folks gave me a Salt Lick Cookbook for Christmas. It's my favorite BBQ house. I'm doing three racks of St Louis style ribs, smoked sausage, cream corn, cucumber salad, and baked beans. More pics to follow
Tonight is first night my wife and I have enjoyed Christmas Eve as a married couple. We took a recipe from our favorite spot on our honey moon (Mustards in Yountville) and prepared their Mongolian pork chop with Chinese mustard sauce. We also had some sauteeD corn with rosemary and garlic, along with delicious collard greens. Without question the best pork chop that I have ever prepared. I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas
