  • Re: My first packer on the egg

You got the thumbs up from the family. That's what counts. Nicely done.
  • need some ideas please,,,

SWMBO and I want to have a few people over after Christmas, they are all eggheads, so it will be fun. I need suggestions from everyone. I will have all 3 eggs going, large (Eggatha), small (Eggwardo), and the mini (Eggbert) all ready for the tasks at hand. Looking for some ideas for an evening of appys, whose done this kind of evening and what have you done? Did you have others bring there fav dishes, or what?? Ideas please. :s
  • Re: Help! Chicken wing disaster!

Welcome aboard. I do mine indirect. Although some here do them direct. 400* indirect for about 60 minutes.  I turn them about 3 times or so during the cook.I like mine a bit of the crispy side. I'm sure others will chime in.
  • Re: Eggheads Multiple Choice

We would choose D 95% of the time. It is relaxing for us to just enjoy the day and evening together. For us its all about taking it easy.
  • Re: Going camping and bringing mini max....

We take our small on every RV trip we go on. I sit belt the small in the back seat of the truck. I haven't taken the guts out ever. Sometimes, depending on how rough the roads are I will shim the innards with triangle wood wedges.
You are in store for some mighty fine food where ever your destination is.
    Good Luck and Happy Eating
