It’s almost football season, so we’re perfecting our favorite tailgating and homegating recipes! Whether you like hamburgers, wings, brats, ribs or something cooked with beer, we have everything you’ll need for the perfect tailgate party. We always like inviting friends to join our tailgates because the EGG is about community and having fun, so make sure if you’re inviting company you make extra - the food will be gone before you know it!     It's great stuff for sure. I need to get a 12" saute pan. Been needing a new one for a few years now....just waiting for a good sale I guess.

    I have only 1 non-stick pan. And it's a cheapo one that Cooks Illustrated recommended. I can't see spending money on a good one.....they all turn to garbage sooner or later.

    Franks is's the butter that usually gets added to it to make Buffalo sauce that can be considered "bad".....depending on your current diet. For low carb, the butter is fine. I just don't go overboard with it.

    When a quick cook like steaks or burgers....I get the fire going nice and hot, wait for all the VOC's(nasty smoke from the lump) to burn off, and throw a handful of chips on the hot coals right before I put my food on. I'll usually let the chips burn for a few minutes before putting my food on.

    You can always mix a bunch of chips right in with your charcoal pile before lighting it too.
