We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Coffee-crusted pork tenderloin tonight. Rubbed a mixture of Greek seasoning and Dizzy's Dust into the meat, followed by a good coating of ground coffee. Cooking direct at 375-400 until done. Last time the results were amazing!
