It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

I am blonde hair blue eyes not sure how I look like an Italian. The liituation is pretty funny though.
The Lituation is perfect. Like the Sitch, there's always some drama, some good times, and everybody wonders how the hell you end up with a hot woman. You definitely married up Lit. That's the best looking blind girl I've seen in a while.  =)
And then there's the pic.... You were definitely pulling the GTL that day.

That's funny cause she tells me several times a week how lucky she is. Guess I'm doing something right. How is that GTL in the pic that's pretty casual for a wedding right?  Either way I did marry a beautiful woman but she's also a good beautiful woman.

I agree about the rub about to go get some. Hate to say it but the eggs look good Craig.

They are nice. I would get an end grain if I were you. I have bought 2 edge grain in the last 3 years the first one split and the 2nd is now splitting. It's not splitting on the edges either it's splitting in the middle in several places which means it's a quality issue and not due to care. Also not all wood is ok for meat all of the hardwoods are but I am ordering a new custom veggie board to replace that island I sold and I am going with spalted sycamore which is not ok for meat. I searched for months before I ordered my last board and this guys work was the nicest I found anywhere but he has like a 3 month wait. Here is my spalted red maple I ordered from him. https://www.etsy.com/shop/GreenRiverWoods?ref=s2-header-shopname

Agreed. Just hoping for an actual cook from this dude. It never happens.. This is a cooking forum, right??
These are the pork burnt ends I posted 2 days ago on the what are you doing now thread. I have been posing on this site for 7-8 years I quit posting my under cooked ribs and damn is that salmon with lemon? I only start threads when I think I have cooked something that hasn't been posted 1000 times like everything you cook. Wow is that a cowboy ribeye. Epic! Pizza WOW! Here's how my fat ass makes it round. I even put meat on it! Please visit my site. I posted something here for half of what I could have got on CL and your dumb ass flags me?
