The ramblers aren't in the drop down to select to register so I think your right. I just did a warranty claim on my 30 oz rambler and they didn't ask for any registration or proof of purchase.saluki2007 said:You only have to register coolers right, not ramblers?
I submitted a claim through their website with a picture yesterday and they just called. They give you 2 options either give them a credit card number and they place a $1 hold until they receive the original back or use th eshipping label they send and once they receive the bad one they send a new one. I gave them my info and he said I will have a new one in 5 days or so. No receipt asked for and no hassle he said it was a defect.NPHuskerFL said:I'm sure come Monday they'll make it right for you.
