    Glad to see the Black siblings mentioned.  They have had to over come unfriendly neighbors but seem to have their act together.  Now if they could overcome the parking problem.  
    My fav is Valentina's.  Never stood in line for Franklin, but have had his brisket at another food festival.  We have missed Snow's by "that much" twice,  but I was fortunate to have eaten at City Market when miss Tootsie was there.
    At two different family gathering we have had LaBarbeque and Miklewait as our q. 
    Favorite Brisket is Valentina's, then Centex....he makes darn good brisket.

    Good for him.  Smart to strike while the iron is hot (pun intended).  Might be the a stick burner I we would purchase.  The Egg is great and will always be the "main cooker" but I do miss the stick burner every now and then.

    The Kiolbassa family has been making quality products for as long as I can remember.  The bacon is top quality, expensive,  but worth the $$. Sells out quick at both our Central mkt and the Bee Caves HEB. 
    BTW did you get a chance to purchase Mrs Wrights when Sam's had theit special.  We bought several 4 pound packages, separated into 8 slices anvacuum packed

    We are in the unroll group. More surface area adds more flavor to a wonderful cut.
