Long time lurker figured I would make the plunge and share some pics from a cook today. Not sure how these will come out, not the easiest task to get photos uploaded.
Cooked 2 slabs, 1 Dizzy, 1 Rendevous. 5 hrous at 225, turned out excellent.
Just put the Brisket on, first attempt, so we shall see. Salt and Pepper and 225 with a little Hickory
