We hope everyone’s enjoying the first few days of summer. For us, the weather heating up means one thing - the EGG’s gonna be busy! Whether you’re making stuffed burgers for a backyard grill out, some brats before a baseball game or searing a steak for dinner on the patio, we hope you’re doing it with full flavor and having fun all the while!

    Everyone cooks different items but I am doing beef tenderloin w horseradish sauce, loaded baked potato rounds & peach dumplings....

    Over the years we have made great friends by cooking at various fests...Yes we love the BGE and showing our cooks but to us it is about the friendships & cooking with our friends...
  • Eggtoberfest layout

    I went by the Eggtoberfest site yesterday and it will be great. There is a ton of room for cars, tasters, cooks, et patient when you are waiting to get in and drop off cooking supplies as there is only 1 road. There are rest tents for tasters, plenty of room for cooks easy ups/tents. There are wash stations and a spot for the beer trucks. The BGE has their tent for demos & the BGE store...there is a stage for the band.

    Be sure and look for the North Ga Eggers banner as that is where we will be cooking. I will have a 5 gallon bucket with peach wood. Stop by and say hello and grab a handful of peach wood...
