It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the museum and culinary center too! 3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340

  • Re: Possible Great Deal on a Slicer

Something similar happened with me a few years back.  A friend of my BIL out of the blue gave me a Hobart commercial slicer.  Thing weighs a ton and half.  Was pretty dirty when I got it, but after cleaning it really good it works great. @hapster  you asked earlier how often it gets used.  I will say this, it's so big I mounted it to a rolling island thingy I got off Craigslist and then keep in my garage (no basements down here in New Orleans) and keep it covered.  It's a little bit of work to clean after use but not too bad.  And,,,every time I use it, I cut myself, nothing major but nick one of my fingers.  It has a built in sharpener that really really works!!  :))

If you need to test it on a gravel driveway with 2 huge potholes I'm only about 45 minutes away down I-10/I-12!!

  • Re: Monday... Guinness Brats & Kraut

Looks incredible!  Love Brats and Kraut!  Never heard of a Pierogis before.  Had to Google it.  Looks similar to our crawfish/meat pies down here. (NOLA).  I'm sure they have em just never saw them before.
