It’s almost football season, so we’re perfecting our favorite tailgating and homegating recipes!     I use 91% alcohol but in a chimney with a couple of pages from the newspaper. I pour the 91% from the top and wait about 15 to 20 seconds before hitting it with a lighter. The chimney is sitting on the lump in the BGE.  I then wait for the top lump in the chimney to turn white, that' s around 10 minutes and pour the hot coals on the other lump, I use the ash tool to turn the chimney upside down.
