had my large BGE for a couple weeks now and have been cooking with direct heat, steaks, burgers and indirect heat, pork loin and frozen pizza. trying my first attempt at smoking some pork ribs, temp is at 250 and maintaining. going to try the 2-2-1 method. pics to follow when done.
