It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

  • Re: Flat Iron with Chimichurri Butter

Home run! I'm a huge chimichurri fan but have never made a compound butter.... Brilliant!!! How did it taste, and did the vinager affect the butter at all?

I've read all the books and been following all of the episodes. Episodes like this is why I keep giving HBO a long leash. It's obvious that G RR Martin knows where it's all going and has shared the knowledge with the guys at HBO. While some parts may not mesh with what we know from the books now this gives me more faith that the parts are all coming together.

Simply an amazing episode. On par with the red wedding, the mountain vs the viper, and the wildlings attack on the wall.

  • Re: DESPERADO BBQ RUB AND SAUCE REVIEW

I'm done chatting about this. I think I've made my point. However, I will leave you with one last piece of advice, because (even though you may not believe it) I am (or try to be) a nice guy.

There is no need for you to argue this out here. I don't think it will help you. Whatever your original intentions were, I would think it's pretty clear that the majority of the people involved in this thread (and I'd hazard an educated guess that many of the others that haven't yet would as well) agree that your intentions were not to just drop by and offer a sauce and rub review from a cook last night (seeing as from your own admission it was from 11 months ago).  Also, with all of your posting on this forum all day long (1/2 of your total content here) you've got no posts on any other threads. That shows you have little interest in the community aside from what you decide to introduce as a topic (spam).

Take it like a man, nut up, and move along to another forum (with your advertising). If problem people stick around here too long, there have been letter writing campaigns to what would be in this case what would be desperado, or other sponsors (or revewies). Heck, I've seen this forum spam the people who run BGE on a holiday weekend to get problem people out of the mix around here.

I truly do hope you get that small BGE for Father's Day. I respect your hustle (I used to work in sales, moved up to investigation), but know when you're beat.

lol yall really make people feel welcomed with all the assumptions and accusations
since you want to play Keystone cop detective maybe you should have taken the time to see the original post for this review is 11 months old, but yall know everything!
    1) it's not assumptions it's quotes

    2) if you're talking about the link to this new original post you posted today with the same exact wording..... It must be time to renew that yearly contract. Can't hit the same websites though, gotta cover new territory.

@jimithing wrapping the platesetter keeps the drippings from burning when coming in contact with the platesetter and giving off an acrid flavored smoke.
