I don't live in a mold easy environment, but it if you increase your egg use with an occasional hot burn you might reduce your problem. Also, vinegar kills mold spores at the roots.1 · -

You'll be able to hit low temps, just catch it early. Vents will be almost closed. Plus, the woo and stone or Plate Setter help reduce airflow.1 ·
