Great Info Drewdlc!  I can't tell you how many times I've basically said those exact words to people looking to get started.  It amazes me that 99% of people don't realize the importance of diet when trying to get in shape, so while their focus is on starting an exercise program, they cringe when I tell them they also need to change their diet.  And telling someone, especially women, that they need to eat MORE in order to lose weight just blows their mind!  They're disappointed when I tell them that I don't mean they should eat more pizza or McDonalds, but healthy options more often throughout the day.  But when someone actually gets it, and applies the methods, it is an awesome feeling to see them achieve their goals, and the look of disbelief on their faces when they see that thinner/healthier person beginning to emerge is priceless.

Man that sucks! When you get a replacement or the current one fixed put a little gasket material around the dome to secure the cap
My LBGE came with some extra gasket material that is about a foot or so in length.  I wonder if that's what it is for?  The instructions to assemble the Egg never even touched on what that gasket may be used for because it's obviously not big enough to go around the lid or base of the Egg.

Dude, that was amazing!  I've had my LBGE for about 2 weeks so you have definitely inspired me to get busy!!!!  I also really liked your presentations.  Something about the square white plates just made the contrasting colors of the food pop, and added a flair of elegance.  Nice touch!
