Spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with your EGG? Virginia Willis’ three course menu is perfect for a date night! February is also National Chocolate Lover’s Month, so don’t feel guilty if you’ve been cooking a little more dessert than usual on your EGG. If you’re looking for something a little more savory than chocolate, try some Roasted Chicken Flatbread or Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard.

Big Green Egg headquarters has moved - come visit our new showroom and check out the History of the EGG Museum and the Culinary Center too!  3786 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30340.

  • Re: Mini Max double grid help...

Go to the ceramicgrillstore  online and buy a woo ring.  It is AWESOME.  I wish they would make an adjustable rig for the MiniMax!  Anyway, check their stuff out, they have lots of neat additions to the BGE lineup.

** NO I AM NOT A PAID REP FOR THEM...I just like their stuff, I have some of their stuff for both my MiniMax and my XL...
  • Re: It's time to do something - But what? I need to loose weight

HI. I am Jasmine, and I am a Wellness Therapist in Iowa.  Counselling people on nutrition and exercise is part of my professional career.  Let me say Congrats on taking the first step, which is acknowledgement.

The easiest way to lose weight is portion control of lower fat and sugar and starchy foods and overall reduction of your total caloric intake.  Eat healthy foods, several times a day, in smaller portions. Exercise is about 20% of actual weight loss success.  It's 80% diet.

To give you an estimate of daily caloric allowance, I need to know more about you.
If you would like more info, feel free to message me here, and I will share more of my expertise with you.  I'm happy to help.

You have a journey ahead. Embrace it, or it will be hell.  You can do this!
