  • Re: My PitMaster IQ120 FREAKIN ROCKS !!!!!!!

Just wanted to mention that depending on the size of your Egg you might get by with a IQ110. I just decided to go with the IQ120 because I have the XL, plus I liked that the IQ120 had the food probe. I don't own a Maverick and thought that the food probe might prolong me from having to get one. I just didn't want a bunch of unnecessary wires to deal with and figured running the Maverick would add to the wire mess. I truly trust my PitMasterIQ120 enough @ this point that I'm VERY COMFORTABLE with letting it go and do what it's supposed to do. I think starting the fire correctly & letting the PitMaster bring it up to temp is the key. After that, you simply enjoy doing other things during your low and slows!
  • Re: Mini max price?

$599 in my area plus $39 for plate setter. Nothing like charcoal or ash tool in on deal either.
