After a couple of batches of Salado Brisket Chili, there's no brisket left in the freezer. This will go nicely with some college football today.

Edit: I've been sick for the past three days and wasn't sure if I'd be up to egging today, therefore no "real" cooks were in the hopper. Suddenly I feel lame for making chili with all the great looking briskets going today! Great job guys.
