    Honestly Nate, I'm not sure how to take your comments.  

    These people are our own people, but need care and help.  Their situation is not so much different than other folks with struggles.  I've battled some struggles and still do.  Some cope differently than others and unfortunately hit a bad spot in life, hey we all do, right?  

    @YukonRon , pretty awesome that you shared that buddy.  That takes courage and glad you're doing very well for yourself.  There was possibly that one person that helped you brush your knees off and gave you another chance.  Any of us can be that person to someone else guys.  No need to be inconsiderate, we're all together.

    again Ill start with I don't want to be this guy, but if you think I have not battled addiction, you are crazy! I have the most addictive personality that I know.  Am I lucky? I don't think so. I think I Just decided stats important in life.

    Debone the ribcage and lay like a spatch. I like to leave the leg and wing bones in.

    good point lol. I f'ing hate you guys…now I have to go back to the store and buy a four bone prime rib…seriously hate you guys.

    Why do you need to get a 4 bone to try this? He cut it into a 2 bone to do it. Just get a 2 bone one. I may take one of my 2 bone and try one sometime or just cook it normally for the first time.
    He said to take a three or four and remove the bones down to two so you have something to pound out. If you try you pound out a two bone with the bones attached you will end up with an uneven cut that won't cook evenly.
