I love the grid extender. I use it with an $8 weber grid so under $35 for the whole setup, gotta love it

I completely agree, last season was certainly weak. Last weeks show seemed to ramp up more like a season of the Trinity or Ice-Truck killer.

We had an awesome extended 4th of July weekend!
Started with two boston butts low n slow:
Had leftovers so made pulled pork nachos (these were unreal with homemade chips!):
Then made spatchcocked chicken with Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom, whole sweet potatoes and corn (cooked in the husk then cleaned and applied butter and DP Pineapple head - EXCELLENT!!)
I hope y'all had an eggcellent weekend as well!
